The Pogo Built Environment Committee is excited to host Mayor Bolt's Spring Safe Sidewalk Safari and Finish Line Party in the Park! This free and open-to-the-public event takes us on our newest sidewalks to explore and discover our city through walking. Grab your friends, family, and neighbors, and let's embark on this experience together as we traverse the sidewalks through Shawnee.Visit for more information.

The route for this Safe Sidewalk Safari will take us from Grove School to First United Bank for our first stop on the route. Then we will continue west on MacArthur Stree to Will Rogers School for our second stop. We'll then continue to Broadway St. where we'll turn south and make our way to Woodland Park where everyone on the walk can continue to enjoy the morning at the Finish Line Party in the Park.

**NEW THIS YEAR!** Join us for a Finish Line Party in the Park. If you walk the Sidewalk Safari or not, join us for a morning of fun at Woodland Park with family-friendly live music, food trucks and HTeaO, and let your energy and imagination run wild on the play equipment or courts. Want to bring a picnic? Do it! Spread a blanket or bring some lawn chairs and enjoy the outdoors and one of our newly renovated City parks! You do not have to participate in the walk to enjoy the Party in the Park! It is free and open to the public.

This event is designed to bring the community together, promoting health, safety, and a sense of exploration. Lace up your walking shoes and prepare for an unforgettable quest. Don't miss out on this incredible adventure!
