Dates:

• 9-Ball: 1 team slot — Sept 12–14

• 8-Ball: 3 team slots — Sept 11–14

All eligible teams will be entered into a drawing to determine who gets the slots.

Entry Fee: $550 per team

Lodging: A hotel room code will be provided for booking accommodations at the casino.
