SWAN Workshop: VALUE with Stephanie Jung

This is the fourth session of six will have its focus exploring the elements of art as visual language. The language of art is the language of nature; textures, colors, shapes, movements... It is a universal language that honors all people, all ages, and all abilities. SWAN stands for Supporting Wellness through Art and Nature.

SWAN Workshop Fourth Session Description: 
In art, value is a means of indicating both light and mood. This powerful element brings drama and dimension to an artwork, and reminds us of the many meanings of the loaded words “light’ and “dark.” This workshop will be a courageous exploration of those aspects of self and image using guided visualization and a process-based art prompt in two types of charcoal.
