Tiffany Vollmer Bio

Originally from Mineola, New York, Tiffany Vollmer began her journey in the entertainment world in San Diego, California. By five, she was a runway model for Southern California Bridal shows featured on the television show “PM Magazine.” After relocating to Dallas, Texas, she immersed herself in acting, voice, dance, and art.

Tiffany discovered her passion for filmmaking during her studies at the University of North Texas. She earned accolades for her acting, academics, and makeup design. Notably, she was appointed Head of the Makeup Department, creating a program to mentor aspiring artists. Recognized for her talents, she served as the Ambassador to the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and was a vital member of the Production Committee.

Between 1994-1999, Tiffany showcased her versatility: performing in and designing Makeup for multiple plays, operas, and films, producing a television show, and even contributing to an Academy Award-winning student film. Additionally, she served as President of the University Players in her senior year.

She's best known for her decade-long voice role as Bulma in the “Dragon Ball” franchise. Her love for production led her to positions ranging from Production Assistant to Producer with local Dallas production companies, including Tocrok, Raygun, Torque Films (formally Flip Side Creative), and her own company with business partner Tracy Terrell, 2Squared Productions.

In 2011, she shifted to New Orleans, where she enjoyed all aspects of her professional life In the Big Easy and added "Royal Makeup Artist" to her credits during Mardi Gras Season, designing fabulous looks for Queens and Kings and members of their Court. She was a producing partner for Theater Lab NOLA and consistently worked with Killer Kowalski Productions, Blues Babe Productions, and Back Yard Shed films.

After eight years in New Orleans, Tiffany added the roles of a lifetime as wife and mother, quit the "circus," and moved home to Dallas. Tiffany joined MediaTech Institute in 2019, authoring an Associate of Applied Arts Degree Program in Acting for Media and Master Makeup Artistry, where she also resides as Department Chair and Instructor. As a voice actress and production expert, her passion for the arts remains unwavering. She's now dedicated to mentoring the next generation and has continued to work professionally on both sides of the stage, screen, and microphone for over 25 years.

Tiffany is honored to serve as President on the Board of Directors for Women In Film Dallas 2021-2024. WIFDallas.org is a community service and networking non-profit established in 1985 to empower, promote, and mentor women in the film industry. Through sponsorship and proceeds from the prestigious Topaz Film Festival, Women In Film Dallas raises money for the Suzanne Dooley Scholarship Foundation, awarded annually to candidates for their education in film and television production.
